BMLT (Bachelor in Medical Lab Technology)
- Bachelor in Medical Lab Technology (BMLT) is a three and a half year course pursued after the completion of 10+2.
- This course focuses on diagnosis, prevention and treatment of diseases with the help of medical lab technology or laboratory tests. Students learn to handle lab equipments, conducting tests, making reports, etc.
- A student must have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% in Science (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) from a recognized board of education.
- The minimum age limit to pursue this course is 17 years and maximum is 25 years.
- Subjects taught in BMLT are Basic Human Anatomy, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Communication Skills, Computer Skills, Basic/Advanced Lab Management, etc.
- Course that can be pursued after BMLT is Master of Medical Laboratory Technology.

DMLT (Diploma in Medical Lab Technology)
- Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (DMLT) is a 2 year diploma course pursued after the completion of 10+2.
- It trains the students about sampling, testing in the laboratory, maintaining the record of the patients. The courses impart depth knowledge about functioning of fluids and ions of our body, and truly documentation helps the doctors find specific diseases of the patients.
- A student must have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% in Science (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) from a recognized board of education.
- There is no age limit to pursue this course.
- Subjects taught in DMLT are Basic Laboratory Functioning, Haematology, Blood Banking and Immunology, Histopathology, Microbiology, Clinical Biochemistry.
